In case you missed it, the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commission (CDIAC) has developed and rolled out a new Data Portal. The changes implemented in this new Portal are aimed at providing Issuers and Filers with more flexibility and transparency when filing annual reports with CDIAC.

One of the main changes is that Issuers, and consultants who file on behalf of Issuers (“Filers”), must register with CDIAC and will then gain access to the Data Portal Dashboard.

Some functionalities the Dashboard provides are:

  • The ability to view all reports required by Issuer
  • The ability to print a PDF document of a report submission at any time
  • The ability to view the “Status” of a report – whether it has been submitted or submitted and reviewed by CDIAC
  • The ability to edit reports, even after they have been submitted to CDIAC

For further information regarding the Data Portal, please refer to the CDIAC reporting page where you can find multiple tutorials.
