The 2020 CSMFO Annual Conference – Yesterday, Tomorrow and Finance. For those of you who’ve attended CSMFO’s Annual Conferences in the past, you’re familiar with the fabulous opportunities available for continuing professional education, networking, and social engagement at our conferences. This Anaheim conference will be no exception.

Frequently Asked Questions at CSMFO

Q: Do I have a ticket for the Wednesday Night Event?
A: If you have a full conference registration, it is included with your registration. Make sure to pick up your wristband at the registration desk.

Q: Can I purchase an extra ticket for Wednesday Night?
A: Yes you can! Come see us at registration before 5:00pm on Wednesday. The cost is $125 per person.

Q: Where are sessions located?
A: Breakouts are located in the second floor of this tower, the Fantasy Tower. Adventure/Safari are located in the Adventure Tower and Mark Twain is in the Frontier Tower.

Q: Is there Wi-fi?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the meeting space. Use DLR Convention WiFi, there is no password to join.

Q: Where is Breakfast?
A: On Wednesday and Thursday, breakfast is located in the exhibit hall.

Q: Where is Lunch?
A: Lunch for both days is located in the ballroom next to the exhibit hall.

Q: Is there an attendee list?
A: Yes, it is available in the Guidebook app as well as via a link in the Know Before You Go E-mail that was sent out last week.

Q: Will the presentations be made available?
A: All presentations received prior to the conference have been posted to the Guidebook app; as well as to the CSMFO web site. After the conference, we will post additional sessions that we receive from the speakers.

Q: How do I replace someone who is registered but unable to attend?
A: Visit the registration desk and we can take your information and make you a name badge.

Q: When/how will I get my CEUs?
A: Your attendance is being tracked through your name badge when you walk in to a meeting room. After the conference, a certificate will be e-mailed that will list all sessions you attended.

Q: Where is the yoga event?
A: There will be yoga in the Sleeping Beauty Pavilion (this tower, Fantasy, on the second floor) on Friday from 6:30 to 7:15 am. It is limited to the first 30 attendees. You can register on the Guidebook app or ask registration staff to register you. Yoga mats will be provided.

Q: I drove my car, where can I park?
A: Parking at the Disneyland Hotel is discounted for CSMFO- make sure to mention you are here for the conference when leaving. Discounted self-parking is $15 and valet parking is $28 a day.

Q: What are the hours of the head shot station?
A: Wednesday 1:45 to 5:45 pm and Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Q: What is the Orangewood Foundation?
A: Orangewood Foundation is a local non-profit organization in Santa Ana that assists struggling youth through programs and services.

Q: Are there any events on Thursday evening?
A: Thursday evening is an open night. Enjoy Disneyland with colleagues!
