BOD Meeting August 2023 The Board of Directors convened an in-person meeting in the City of San Mateo on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The meeting started with the approval of standard consent items, including the minutes from the June 2023 Board meeting, June and July 2023 financial statements and check runs, and the Executive Committee agenda for the month of July 2023.
