NEW CSMFO “Virtual” Leadership Series

CSMFO is introducing a new three-part Leadership Training Series that has been designed specifically for directors, managers, supervisors, and anyone who is in a leadership role.

Studies have shown that many employees are experiencing “burnout” in the workplace, and now more than ever, leaders need to find innovative solutions to address employee’s concerns. CSMFO has the unique opportunity to partner with Loren W. Lillestrand of Lillestrand’s Leadership Consulting to offer courses that will provide interactive and engaging solutions.  Loren has successfully done leadership training for companies such as Disney, Mead & Hunt, The Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Honda FCU and ConAgra Foods along with nearly 200 other client organizations in the areas of software, engineering, medical, investment, manufacturing, and the list goes on.  He also serves several governmental agencies including Irvine Ranch Water District, Orange County Water District, City of Newport Beach, Santa Clarita Valley Water Agency, Eastern Municipal Water District, South Coast Water District and Inland Empire Utilities Agency.

Loren will host 3 hands-on training sessions that will provide you with tools for:

  • Effectively delegating work with clarity and precision so no one employee is overwhelmed or overworked
  • Identifying ways to make the most of your strengths through organization, all while staying balanced
  • Building strong teams and getting the highest quality of work from your staff with elegant and persuasive communication styles
