CSMFO is known for our community and networking, and we’re working hard to live up to that in today’s virtual reality. Chapters are meeting virtually, we’re hosting zoom happy hours, we’re doing steps challenges and social media prompts–and we’re about to roll out a new program designed to foster small-group engagement.
The CSMFO Cohort Program is a concept derived from your feedback requesting opportunities to connect on a smaller scale. This 2021 pilot program will bring the same group of 25 local government members together once every 6-8 weeks for a facilitated roundtable discussion, with a goal of a widespread rollout in 2022.
Interested? Applications will be accepted between March 1 and March 15. Successful candidates will be notified in April, with a first meeting being scheduled in May.
